We hear every year via the survey that organizations want to focus on improving their approach to compensation and benefits.  We know that salary itself is not the key driver - but the way in which the philosophy is developed and implemented is inextricably linked to culture and communication, tenets of a healthy workplace.  Establishing equitable pay practices is also a topic that is mission and values aligned for many nonprofit organizations. Yet, the journey towards equitable and inclusive pay practices can feel opaque and complicated by past choices and commitments to existing employees. 

Following this workshop, participants will be able to:

  • Identify key strategies for promoting pay equity
  • Assess readiness for implementing equitable pay approaches
This workshop is designed for executives and leadership at organizations (i.e. CEOs, COOs, CHROs) who want to learn more about readiness to engage in comprehensive pay equity strategies. We recommend that you have done work on compensation previously to get the most out of this session.
