The 2025 Application period will be open from January 4, 2025 to February 5, 2025. Please ensure that your application and payment are submitted by midnight EST on February 5, 2025.

1.) To start your application process, please create a username and password as a new user.

• Please remember your login information because you may click “Save Progress” at any point in the application and finish at a later date.
• Note: this is not the NFLPA website. Please contact Jensen Hughes for additional assistance.

Before submitting, please review the application and pay attention to:

• Contact information
• Current occupation
• Professional credentials
• Additional education
• Disciplinary matters including: professional complaints, bankruptcies, legal convictions, etc.
• Individuals who solicit players on your behalf
• Financial Advisor referrals
• Current date next to signature

 2.) After clicking “Submit” at the end of the application, you will be automatically directed to a secure payment page.

• The application fee is $2,500 for contract advisors 
• You will receive a confirmation email after you submit your payment.

3.) If you have forgotten your username or password, please follow the “forgot username” or “forgot password” links below to reset or retrieve information.

  *NFLPA staff will not be able to assist you in obtaining a username or password.
