Leading Executives Cohorts 5 and 6 Application Form

We are pleased you’ve decided to apply for the Leading Executives Program. You are eligible if you are the senior-most leader of a Jewish non-profit organization and have been in your current role 5 or fewer years. Ideally, your organization also should have 3 or more employees. For details on the program and our FAQ, please visit our website.

This form has four parts and should take about 5 minutes to complete. If you need to save your progress and return to this form later, click the Save Progress button at the bottom of each page in order to create a login. 

In addition to this application form, please follow this link to complete your one-way video interview. Both this form and the video interview must be completed by 11 pm Eastern on June 25, 2024. The video interview will ask:

Requirements for Participating Organizations

Participating organizations must demonstrate a commitment to Leading Executives. By submitting your application, you are affirming that you and your organization agree to the terms below:

You are available to attend the in-person gathering in Greensboro, North Carolina on March 18 - 20, 2025 (Cohort 5) or November 11 – 13, 2025 (Cohort 6). This will be viewed as an essential component of your leadership development and will not be considered "leave" of any type.

You will prioritize attending monthly virtual gatherings and executive coaching sessions as an essential component of your leadership development.

You agree to Leading Edge’s Community Agreement and will adhere to Leading Edge’s gathering norms . This will help create an atmosphere of learning, growth, and respect in our shared space.

Your board, partners, and staff will support you by participating in the Leadership 360 survey

Your organization agrees to pay the $1,500 fee and all necessary travel expenses for the in-person gathering.
