The HRIS provides us with the information we need to administer the survey to your staff.
Every employee receives a unique survey link that should not be completed by anyone else. So the most important piece of information you’ll provide is a unique WORK email address for each employee. If several employees share a work email address, they’ll each need a unique email address in order to participate, either a personal email or a temporary unique work email.
We will also need employees’ first names and the official name of your organization.
The rest of your HRIS can be customized to meet your needs related to how you want to be able to view and analyze your survey results.
