2025 Employee Experience Survey Registration Form

Welcome to the 2025 Employee Experience Survey!

This registration form will gather key information needed to successfully administer the survey at your organization.

Below you will:

  • Provide general information about your organization and contact information for a few key personnel.
  • Submit your HRIS with required information of first name, email address, and organization of every employee you want to participate in the survey.
  • Identify who at your organization should have access to your survey results report.

Here are the important dates and deadlines for the 2025 Survey Cycle:

  • Register: Submit this Registration Form — by April 4
  • Survey Opens — May 6
  • Survey Closes — May 23
  • Access to Your Results — June 10
  • Post-Survey Consultation Period — June 10 to August 29

Every year, Leading Edge publishes a list of participating organizations alongside a high-level analysis of the aggregate data gathered from the survey as a whole. Only the organization's name will be listed and none of your survey results will be shared. *

Survey Liaison

The Survey Liaison will be the point of contact between Leading Edge and your organization. This individual will be the ONLY person to receive all survey-related communications throughout the process.
 
Depending on the size and structure of your organization, this person might be an HR, Operations, or Talent professional, the CEO/Executive Director/Top-most professional leader, or another employee who can access employment information for your team.
 
 Important responsibilities for the Survey Liaison are:
  • Collecting and submitting your HRIS
  • Letting staff know the survey is happening
  • Answering any survey related questions from staff
  • Championing the survey and encouraging participation

HRIS Upload

The HRIS provides us with the information we need to administer the survey to your staff. 

Every employee receives a unique survey link that should not be completed by anyone else. So the most important piece of information you’ll provide is a unique WORK email address for each employee. If several employees share a work email address, they’ll each need a unique email address in order to participate, either a personal email or a temporary unique work email. 

We will also need employees’ first names and the official name of your organization. 

The rest of your HRIS can be customized to meet your needs related to how you want to be able to view and analyze your survey results.

Report Access

For the 2025 Employee Experience Survey, Leading Edge will begin implementing a 33% participation rate threshold in order to receive access to your organization's survey results. Leading Edge aims to provide a valuable survey experience for all organizations, and one way to help us do that is ensuring organizations receive valid and reliable data that accurately represents their body of employees.
 
If your organization meets this threshold, in June you will be granted access to an online portal that will host your organization's data report. We are happy to grant access to anyone at your organization who will interact with the data from the survey and participate in planning next steps. This information will be confirmed with your CEO/ED before results are released.
 
The CEO/Executive Director/Top-most professional leader (as listed above) will AUTOMATICALLY be given access to the report IF your organization meets the participation threshold of 33%.
