Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or change your reservation, please let us know as soon as possible.

Large Group Public Event Booking and Cancellation Policy:   This applies to groups larger than three in Dinner and a Chef, Dinner and a Demo, Cooking Class or Brunch events

  • Cancellations between 15 - 28 days of the scheduled event date will be charged 25% of the bill for the canceled seats.
  • Cancellations between 8 - 14 days of the scheduled event date will be charged 50% of the bill for the seats cancelled.
  • No Shows and cancellations within 7 days of the scheduled event date will be charged the full balance of your reservation.

If we can resell your seats, we will waive your cancellation fee.

Small Group Public Event Booking and Cancellation Policy:   This applies to groups three or less in Dinner and a Chef, Dinner and a Demo, Cooking Class or Brunch events.

  • No Shows and cancellations within 48 hours days of the scheduled event date will be charged the full balance of your reservation.

If we can resell your seats, we will waive your cancellation fee.

A credit card number is required to guarantee a date.  Similar to most hotels. This card will not be charged for the event unless our cancellation policy has to go into effect.  We will contact you before any charges are incurred.
You may see a $1 charge then credit, this is used to verify the card information is correct.

Private Event Booking and Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations between 15 - 28 days of the scheduled event date will be charged $150.
Cancellations between 8 - 14 days of the scheduled event date will be charged $250.
Cancellations made within 7 days of event will be charge the full event amount.

If we can resell your event date, we will waive your cancellation fee.

If you reschedule and hold your event within 4 weeks of original date, cancellation fee may be avoided.

Final attendee numbers are required a minimum of ten days, so our kitchen can prepare appropriately before an event. The billing amount is based on your final count and any additional persons served. *
