Cancellation Policy

A credit card number is required to guarantee a date.  Similar to most hotels. This card will not be charged for the event unless our cancellation policy has to go into effect.  We will contact you before any charges are incurred.
You may see a $1 charge then credit, this is used to verify the card information is correct. 

Please read the cancellation policy below and make a selection.

If you need to cancel or change your reservation, please let us know as soon as possible.

Private Event Booking and Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations between 15 - 28 days of the scheduled event date will be charged $150.
Cancellations between 8 - 14 days of the scheduled event date will be charged $250.
Cancellations made within 7 days of event will be charge the full event amount.

If we can resell your event date, we will waive your cancellation fee.

If you reschedule and hold your event within 4 weeks of original date, cancellation fee may be avoided.

Final attendee numbers are required a minimum of ten days, so our kitchen can prepare appropriately before an event. The billing amount is based on your final count and any additional persons served. *

Small Catering Booking and Cancellation Policy:   This applies to events with a total bill quotation of less than $3000.

  • Cancellations between 15 - 28 days of the scheduled event date will be charged 25% of the total bill.
  • Cancellations between 8 - 14 days of the scheduled event date will be charged 50% of the total bill.
  • No Shows and cancellations within 13 days of the scheduled event date will be charged the full balance for your event

If we can resell your event date, we will waive your cancellation fees.

Final attendee numbers are required a minimum of 14 days, so our kitchen can prepare appropriately before an event. The billing amount is based on your final count and any additional persons served.

Large Catering Booking and Cancellation Policy:   This applies to events with a total bill quotation of $3000 or more.

  • A 10% down payment is required 8 weeks (56 days) before event date.
  • A 25% payment is required 4 weeks (28 days) before event date.
  • A 50% payment is required 2 weeks (14 days) before event date.
  • No Shows and cancellations within 13 days of the scheduled event date will be charged the full balance for your event.

All Deposits are nonrefundable.

Final attendee numbers are required a minimum of 21 days, so we can plan appropriately for the event. The billing amount is based on your final count and any additional persons served.
