Guest warrants, represents, and agrees that they are in good physical condition and that they have no disability, impairment or ailment preventing them from engaging in active or passive exercise. Guest further warrants that they have consulted their physician and has not been diagnosed with and is not aware of any medical conditions that may place the Guest at increased risk of injury or death from engaging in exercise at the level consistent with the Guest’s intended use of the Center’s facilities. Guest fully understands and agrees that exercise carries inherent risks, including the possibility of severe injury or death. Guest fully understands and agrees that in using the facilities or programs whether inside or outside the premises of the Center there is the possibility of injury, accidental or otherwise. Guest understands that employees of Center are not qualified to give in any manner medical advice for any reason, and that guest will seek outside advice from qualified medical authorities whether for initial assessment of physical condition or other information received. Guest understands that the Center reserves the right to restrict usage of facilities or require additional medical approval if the Center believes guest may be at risk due to excessive exercise. Guest understands and agrees that it is their responsibility to seek the proper medical clearance to exercise, to seek medical attention if they develop a medical condition or injury, and to inform the Center of any change in their health or medical status.
