Release of Claims and Hold Harmless Agreement:
I have read the provisions of the deposit agreement, understand the mutual obligations of the deposit agreement, and have executed the agreement including the Release of Claims and Hold Harmless Agreement with the expressed intention of extinguishing the rights and causes of action described herein. In consideration of the key deposit service, I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless Ocean Reef Community Association, it's officers, directors, employees, servants, and agents from and against ny and all claims, demands, causes of action, obligations, damages, and liabilities of any nature whatsoever, whether or not presently known, suspected or claimed, which I individually had, now have claim to have, or may have in the future, which relate directly or indirectly to, arise from, or are based in whole or in part upon the deposit of placement of my residence or house key(s) with ORCA Public Safety. This agreement may be pleaded as a full and complete defense to, and may be used as the basis for an injunction against any action, suit or other proceeding which may be instituted, prosecuted or attempted in breach of this agreement.
