ORCA Gate Opener Application

Automatic gate openers are issued to homeowners of the Ocean Reef Community Association and The Angler's Club. The device is for homeowner use only. Individuals other than the assigned homeowner found using an automatic gate opener are subject to disciplinary action including financial penalties and loss of community access.

Two (2) gate openers are provided free of charge to each household. Additional gate openers are $50.00.

Any loss of a device shall be reported to Public Safety immediately. Any devices affixed to your vehicle must be removed prior to the sale of said vehicle and Public Safety must be notified. Should a device be left in a sold vehicle or otherwise no longer owned by the homeowner, Public Safety shall be notified immediately.
