Re-Entry Placard

THIS FORM IS NOT FOR THE MONROE COUNTY RE-ENTRY STICKER. RE-ENTRY STICKERS ARE AVAILABLE AT PUBLIC SAFETY. YOU MUST HAVE A MONROE COUNTY ID, DRIVERS LICENSE, OR PROOF OF HOME OWNERSHIP IN MONROE COUNTY TO RECEIVE A STICKER. TO PREVENT PERSONS FROM GIVING STICKERS TO NON-MONROE COUNTY RESIDENTS, THE STICKER IS REGISTERED UNDER THE LICENSE PLATE NUMBER OF THE MONROE COUNTY RESIDENT'S VEHICLE. STICKERS WILL NOT BE PROVIDED FOR WORKERS OR EMPLOYEES THAT LIVE OUTSIDE OF MONROE COUNTY. IF YOU WOULD LIKE A WORKER, EMPLOYEE, OR OTHER PERSON TO ACCESS MONROE COUNTY/OCEAN REEF ON YOUR BEHALF, IN YOUR ABSENCE, COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING FORM.

Evacuations are mandatory, and for security measures the Re-Entry process is designed to prioritize , limit and monitor those re-entering. ORCA realizes that homeowners may be away during such an incident, and therefore wish to yield their right of re-entry to their Property Manager/Caretaker as their Agent. This agreement is designed to allow a home-owner to authorize an agent (who is registered/cleared by ORCA Access Control) to obtain a Monroe County Re-Entry Placard, allowing priority re-entry access after an evacuation is lifted.
