I, the undersigned, hereby agree to permit a member of the Ocean Reef Public Safety Department at Ocean Reef to search the interior contents, trunk of any part of any motor vehicle of or within which may be entering, leaving, or on premises of Ocean Reef.

I further agree to permit the Ocean Reef Public Safety Department to search the contents of any bag, parcel, package, or container of any size or description which may be carried or transported by me when I am entering, leaving, or on the Ocean Reef premises.

This consent is given with the express understanding that such searches may be conducted, or information obtained, by members of the Ocean Reef Public Safety Department at any such time when, in their sole discretion, such action may be deemed necessary.

COMPANY / SPONSOR INDEMNIFICATION:

The company / sponsor, by and through its undersigned authorization agent, indemnifies the Ocean Reef Community Association and its members against any and all losses of, or damage to any property and/or injuries to any persons sustained by the Ocean Reef Community Association, its members, residents, guests, and/or employees, by reason of any acts of fraud, dishonesty, forgery, embezzlement, theft, vandalism, violence on the part of the above mentioned employee(s) / guest(s) is found by the company/sponsor to have engaged in any of the above referenced acts, the company/sponsor agrees to provide all information pertaining to the employee(s) / guest(s) in the company/sponsor possessions, and to fully cooperate in any subsequent investigation.

CONTRACTORS RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR TEMPORARY DAY PASS HOLDER

1. Sleeveless shirts are not authorized when entering Ocean Reef or at the work site.

2. Per ORCA, no loud radios are authorized at any job site.

3. Per ORCA, no vehicle may park in the street where the job site is located at.

4. Authorized speed limit on Ocean Reef is 25mph, except in designated areas which the speed limit is 15 mph.

Any vehicle caught over the authorized speed limit will receive a ticket.

5. Per ORCA, no trash may be brought on the property in trucks or trailers.

6. Per ORCA, no company or individual may solicit business on Ocean Reef property.

ANY VIOLATION OF THESE RULES MAY RESULT IN A TEMPORARY SUSPENSION FOR THE DAY AND CONTINUOUS VIOLATIONS MAY RESULT IN A PERMANENT SUSPENSION OF THE COMPANY
