After you submit your request, you will be provided instructions on how to ship your order back to us; these instructions are mailed via USPS. Failure to follow the provided instructions will result in a forfeiture of credit. Return requests must be made within 30 days of you receiving your product. Every return is subject to a $12 administrative and restocking fee unless the return is because of a mis-shipped product. You are responsible for paying all shipping costs to send the items back to us unless the return is because of a mis-shipped product. The shipping you paid when you placed your order will not be refunded unless the return is because of a mis-shipped product. By sending your products back to us, you are agreeing to these terms.
