Terms & Conditions – In-house training classes.
The following information pertains to policies and procedures of the REACH-Consulting Training courses offered. REACH-Consulting requests that every student read and abide by the following terms and conditions.
The student will receive a full refund of tuition and fees paid if the REACH-Consulting discontinues a Program offered by REACH-Consulting.
Refund Policy for Employee Training
If a private company is registering students at REACH-Consulting training center for the training of its employees, no refunds will be issued unless REACH-Consulting cancels due to low attendance, however, name changes for the classes are accepted.
Cancellation / Re-scheduling of classes by the REACH-Education
If class enrollment at the REACH-Consulting Training Center does not meet our minimum requirement of students, the class may be canceled or re-scheduled. Participants will be notified prior to the start of scheduled class, typically with at least 2 days (48 hours) of advance notice. In the event of a REACH-Consulting cancellation, a full refund will be available, or the paid balance may be applied toward another upcoming class at REACH-Consulting. We never want to cancel a class, but, unfortunately, it does happen.
All applicable refunds will be made within 30 days from the date of cancellation. The effective cancellation date is the day the REACH-Consulting Training Center receives your request.
REACH-Consulting Training Centre does not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people or non-affiliated companies except to provide products or services you’ve requested when we have your permission. We have physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that protect personal information about you that may be stored in our records.
Student Grievance Procedure
Should a student have a grievance/complaint, please submit the issue via email to email@example.com Attempting to resolve a grievance with the REACH-Consulting first is strongly encouraged.
Please remember that 100% of payment needs to be received at the time of registration to guarantee your seat.
