Vet Information

We require proof of current rabies, distemper, and bordatella vaccinations. Please email proof of vaccination history to info@palmettopetcenter.com and list the expiration date for all vaccinations below.

Services

What services are you interested in? *
If this is your first time at our facility, we currently offer daycare temperament evaluations Monday through Thursday only. After your pet's evaluation, he or she is welcome any day of the week to come play!
Our hours are from 7-9AM and from 4-6PM every day. What time do you anticipate dropping your pet off? *
 
What time do you anticipate picking your pet up? Checkout time is 10AM - a day of boarding will be charged after that. *
 
Are you interested in any grooming services prior the pet's departure date? Please call us (864-877-0488) for exact prices *
 

Payment

We require a credit card number to hold you reservation. You will not be charged until you check in.

Policies

Pet Belongings
We cannot be responsible for items you bring in for your pet. Any items are brought in, please mark your pet's first and last name on each item. We provide bowls and bedding. Any large items that may become soiled or wet during your pet's stay may be unable to fit in our washer machine; those items will be bagged and returned to you dirty.
 
Payments & Credits
All overnight resort services are to be paid on the drop off day or earlier. If you pick up your pet before the scheduled pick up day, we will credit your resort account and there will be money for you to spend at your next visit. We do not give credits on holidays.
 
Cancellation Policy
We require a 72-hour notice prior to your boarding check-in date or a $40 cancellation fee will be charged.

Pet Agreement

I certify that I am the owner of the pet(s) stated above.
 
I hereby grant permission to Palmetto Pet Center to act on my behalf and in my pet's best interest by obtaining veterinary or other care at my expense, if deemed necessary, for illness or injury occurring to this pet(s). I further agree to pay for all veterinary and other necessary serviced incurred by and for my pet(s) during its stay in Palmetto Pet Center's facility. Palmetto Pet Center strives to provide exception, professional care to prevent injury or illness to my pet(s). However, in the event of illness or injury to my pet(s), Palmetto Pet Center shall not be held liable for any injury or damages arising out of or related to such injury or illness.
 
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Palmetto Pet Center its employees, agents, officers, directors, and shareholders from any and all claims, injuries, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of or related to the keeping of my pet(s) in Palmetto Pet Center's facility. I agree to pay all costs for any property damage or personal injury caused by said pet(s). If my pet(s) is not picked up on the scheduled departure date, Palmetto Pet Center shall have the right to continue to board my said pet(s), and I agree that I will reimburse Palmetto Pet Center at the appropriate rate applicable under this agreement, and shall reimburse Palmetto Pet Center for any and all additional expenses associated with keeping said pet(s) beyond the term of this agreement. I will contact Palmetto Pet Center and arrange an extended stay or other party to pick up my pet(s). If no contact is made, Palmetto Pet Center has the right to take full custody of my pet(s) 7 days after the scheduled departure date.
 
Notwithstanding the previous sentence, I understand and agree that I will pay for and remain liable for any property damage or personal injury caused by my pet(s) during its stay at Palmetto Pet Center.
