Please Note: All activities/ programs/initiatives submitted as entries must have been on-going and/or completed by the end of 2017, unless otherwise stated in the award criteria.
The nominee and/or company must be located in the Central Indiana ( Blackford, Boone, Carroll, Clay, Clinton, Delaware, Fayette, Fountain, Grant, Hamilton, Hancock, Hendricks, Henry, Howard, Jay, Johnson, Madison, Marion, Montgomery, Morgan, Owen, Parke, Putnam, Randolph, Rush, Shelby, Tippecanoe, Tipton, Union, Vermillion, Vigo, Warren and Wayne counties) area and all projects must have taken place in Central Indiana or directly benefited business operations in the area, unless otherwise stated in the award criteria.
Individuals and/or companies can be nominated for more than one award however you will be required to submit separate nominations. Individuals may self nominate but will be required to submit at least two letters of endorsements from a supervisor and/or project stakeholder.
Step One
Enter the nominee’s information followed by the individual completing the nomination.
Step Two
Select the award for the individual and/or organization you are nominating.
Step Three
Submit no more than 2,000 words (for each award) with details on how the nominee has demonstrated capabilities, qualifications and success for the nomination category. The description should give an overview of the project or initiative with facts, figures and outcomes.
Tips
- Be sure to tell the story of the project.
- Include important facts.
- Be clear and concise.
- Share any challenges that the individual or team had to overcome and make sure your entry meets the award criteria
Step Four
Submit a high resolution jpeg, png or pdf of your company logo along with any supporting documents (case study, graphs, spreadsheets, statistics, charts, processes, etc.) Please do not submit any proprietary information without appropriate approval from your company. All attachments must consist of no more than 10 pages total.
Deadline for all nominations is June 15, 2018. Submissions will not be returned.
JUDGING
Submissions will be reviewed by a panel of judges comprised of senior/executive level industry professionals. Judging will be complete by August 3, 2018. Finalists will be notified no later than August 13, 2018 and winners will be announced at the breakfast on September 13, 2018. We may require additional information at that time.
All submissions will be kept confidential and no elements of your submission will be published without your consent.
