New York City Bar AutoDraft Enrollment Form

The City Bar AutoDraft Payment Plan allows new members & members who are current in their dues to use their preferred credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express) to pay dues automatically in either a single payment or in three equal monthly installments. This will ensure that the benefits of your membership will continue to be delivered to you without interruption.

To participate in the City Bar AutoDraft Payment Plan, simply complete the enrollment form below. Once enrolled, payments will be charged the first three months of each dues period if paying in installments. If you are opting for the single automatic payment, your payment will be charged in the middle of the month of the enrollment.

Please consider making a voluntary contribution to the City Bar Fund (a tax-exempt non-profit corporation organized under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code). The City Bar Fund includes the City Bar Justice Center, the Cyrus R. Vance Center for International Justice, the Office for Diversity & Inclusion and the Lawyer Assistance Program. Your donation is a reportable contribution under New York State’s biennial pro bono reporting requirement for attorneys.*

Submission of this document will confirm that I am opting to enroll in the AutoDraft payment program offered by the NYCBar. Effective the month of my enrollment I hereby authorize the NYC Bar Association to charge my credit card to pay dues automatically in either a single payment or in 3 equal monthly installments for the full amount of my Membership Dues billing and any applicable Admission Fees, as indicated on this enrollment form. I understand my enrollment will remain active until written notification is received by NYCBAR to withdraw from the plan, which I can do at any time.
