Spay/Neuter Request Form

Thank you for choosing to spay & neuter! Spaying and neutering (surgical sterilization/alteration) of your pet benefits your animal by reducing the risk of cancers and reducing the likelihood of unwanted behaviors such as aggression, spraying/marking, etc. It also benefits our community by ensuring your pet will not contribute to the overpopulation of animals in our shelters. As an entirely volunteer run organization we appreciate your patience while your application is under review. Please allow 5-7 days for processing. We will contact you via email or text message to schedule an appointment.

To be eligible for the program, you agree to...

Transport your animal(s) to and from their appointment at one of our participating vet clinics on day of your scheduled appointment

Follow the presurgical instructions provided ahead of your appointment

Provide a safe, dry, clean, temperature controlled, indoor space for the 2-3 recovery window following the procedure

Partnering vet clinics are throughout the Greater Charlotte area with the most availability in Rock Hill, SC. We will work with you to identify a weekday (Monday through Friday) that aligns with your schedule for the appointment.
