River Run Training (4 week tweak) includes a 4 week (3x week) plan.
Coached sessions for San Marco are:
February 16, 21, 23, 28, March 2, 4, 7 and 9th. (all runs at 5am Panera except the 4th.. Location TBD. $35
or
2017 Thursday Training for speed intervals 5am Panera $160 (includes the River Run training and gets you discounted Tri Training if you are interested in that in the Spring.
