Fast $500 Loan Application

To qualify for this loan, you must meet ALL of the following eligibility requirements. Please check each box certifying you meet the qualification. *

I have been a PRIMARY member of CCCU at least six months prior to application date.

I have all my CCCU accounts in good standing (no negative balances, no past due loans, have never caused a loss to CCCU).

I have been on my current job or income source for at least one year.

I do not have another Christmas Loan or Fast$500 Loan currently outstanding.

I authorize a $30 NON-REFUNDABLE Application Fee.

I am applying for a Fast $500 Loan with County-City Credit Union. I understand this loan is granted on a special basis, and does not entitle me to further extensions of credit. A NON-REFUNDABLE $30 APPLICATION FEE IS REQUIRED AT APPLICATION TIME. I understand that the credit union reports to the credit bureau on a monthly basis. Any late payments will be reported to the credit bureau.
