This system generates and transmits application documents for permitting of outdoor special events that include use of City property. Applicants must read and understand the requirements as described in the City's current Outdoor Special Event Guide. By submitting an application, applicants are agreeing to everything included therein.

In order to save and access your application in the future, to continue an application already started, or make to updates and modifications; you must create an applicant account. If you do not create an account and cannot fully complete the application today, you will lose all data on exit from the system.
