If you are new to freediving, or have experience but no certification, start by booking this class. This class is the preparation you need to join a Level 1 ocean class.

Learn to freedive in the kelp forests of Monterey! By the end of this class you will be doing complete freedives, plus safe buddying and rescues.
Type: Ocean (Confined + Open Water)
When: Saturdays, 9am - 3pm
Where: San Carlos beach, Monterey
Prerequisites: Introduction to Freediving
Certification: AIDA 1 (Beginner Freediver)
Max class size: 3 students per instructor
Freediving Level 2 (Intermediate)
Improve your freediving with advanced skillslike dolphin kick, and experience the magic offreefall. You will also learn the complete setof safety protocols required to join anytraining session with other freedivers.
When: Every Saturday, 9am - 3pm
Prerequisites: Introduction to Freediving + Level 1
Certification: AIDA 2 (Intermediate Freediver).
Freediving Level 3 (Advanced)
Join our classic class for more advanced freedivers. Learn about topics like freefall and mouthfill, while getting individual help with what you need to progress.

Certification: AIDA 3 (Advanced Freediver)
Prerequisites: Freediving Level 2
Max class size: Variable
Freediving Level 4 (Master)
The most advanced class in recreational freediving. Build on the skills developed in your Level 3 classes to dive beyond 100 feet in the warm, calm waters of Lake Berryessa.

When: Sundays, 8am - 5pm
