The decorations located in the party areas are there to help you enjoy your party experience & are the property of Q-ZAR. We ask that your guests do not touch any of the decorations, so that the following party can enjoy them as much as you have. As part of your package Q-ZAR provides plates, cups & utensils for pizza only for each paid participant. You may bring in plates, snacks (no pizza) or other items that you feel will compliment your party.  However, there is no alcohol permitted in the building. If you plan on bringing any sort of dessert, Q-ZAR does provide a refrigerator and a freezer, however please bring your own plates, knife, scoop, matches & regular candles. You must bring all paper products for all people attending your party who are not playing laser tag. No flare candles, sparklers, poppers, silly string, confetti, banners, streamers, signs or pinata’s are allowed. Each 10 player party room comes with 16 chairs, 1 - 6 foot table, 1 - 8 foot table and a 8 foot head table. Each 20 player party room comes with 32 chairs, 2 - 6 foot tables, 2 - 8 foot tables and 2 - head tables.

There is a mandatory list of things to bring and not bring into the building.  If you do not receive it, please email privateparties@Q-ZAR.com.  It is your responsibility to contact us if you do not receive a confirmation letter within 24 hours. Please check your spam folder as well. *

*  All Plates, Cups, Forks, Spoons, Knifes, Matches and Candles for any dessert item you may bring.  You May Purchase Extra Plates or Cups for $ .50 each at the Front Desk. We supply 1 Plate, 1 Cup and Napkins per player.  All other items must be purchased at the front desk.
