Please Note - To ensure adequate facilities, service, and food, we cannot give refunds after Wednesday, May 31, 2023.

Registration check-in and hospitality room located at the Fairfield Inn will be open Thursday, noon to 5:00 PM. This registration includes Thursday Welcome Party, Friday evening meal, Saturday Grand Tour lunch, and Saturday Closing Banquet. The Thursday, Friday and Saturday evening meals will be at the Walker Center located in the Sam Houston Museum Park, 1402 19th St, Huntsville, TX. Late registration will be Friday morning 8:00-9:00 AM. Trailer parking will be available.
