Photographs should show where the piece is missing plus the two closest sides of the completed puzzle. Take the photographs in a well lit room and do not use a flash. The individual pieces should be visible.

Our customer service team will use the photographs to count pieces, starting from the sides of the puzzle, to locate and identify the missing piece.
