Boutique Vendor Application

Foothill's Christmas on the Plaza is a family friendly event that will kick off the holiday season. Good food, an outdoor choir performance, gingerbread house making contest, and Christmas shopping are just a few of the activities we have to offer.
Interested in selling at the Foothill Christian School Christmas Boutique? Last year we had 400-500 guests shop at the boutique. We are hoping for another bustling turn out for this year's event. Please complete the form below to reserve your booth. 
*Because of the increased interest in selling at the boutique the selection process will be more curated. The descriptions of your booth must be highly accurate, pictures of your product(s) and/or booth set up will help! You will not be allowed to sell items at the boutique that were not approved beforehand to ensure that you do not impede on another vendor's merchandise.

Boutique Terms & Conditions:
  • This event will take place inside the school gym. 
  • We will provide you a 6ft table and two chairs. You must provide your own tablecloth, decorations, and displays for your space. All spaces are pre-assigned.
  • You can begin to set up on Friday, December 9 beginning at 3:00pm. We expect everything to be completely set up by 5:45pm. Booth areas must be cleared out no later than 10pm.
  • Cost is $25 per space and must be paid in full with submission of this form.
  • Foothill Christian School will not be responsible for theft or held responsible for broken items. 
  • Applications for “like vendors” will be subject to approval by committee after submission of product photos. If your booth space is not approved, you will be notified and your $25 will be refunded. 
  • You will receive an email notifiying you when you have been approved. 

I have read and understand the information above provided by Foothill Christian School. I agree to abide by the rules as stated. I further understand that FCS and all its representatives are not responsible for or liable for damages including, but not limited to, loss suffered before, during or after the event or as a result of the display of my work, equipment or materials. I understand there are no refunds or rain checks. I am responsible for clean up of my area after the event ends. *
