TRCmedia is looking for 8 amibitious digital leaders to take part in Cross Creative - an intensive six-month training and development programme for senior tech/creative professionals in Scotland's digital media sector. The Programme comprises five training sessions at TRC's Glasgow premises and an international delegation to the Toronto-Waterloo Region Corridor, the largest technology cluster in North America outside of San Francisco.
Cross Creative is open to senior creative/tech professionals with strategic influence within a commercial creative business in the digital media sector in Scotland. We welcome applications from candidates who will use this opportunity to drive their business forward.
We expect a highly competitive selection process, with candidates chosen on the basis of talent, need, and clearly articulated business goals. There will be preparation required for each of the monthly workshops and timely completion of the session feedback forms is mandatory.

Cross Creative is an original training concept by TRCmedia. Cross Creative is funded by our partners Channel 4, BBC, Scottish Enterprise and Creative Scotland.
Course fee: £500
Cross Creative covers the five training sessions, delegates' international flights, hotel accommodation and ground transport in Canada. Other costs, such as meals, taxis etc., are at the delegates’ own expense.
The deadline for applications is 6pm on Friday, 27 October. Shortlisted candidates will be notified during the week of October 30. Candidates should be available for a phone interview during this week if required.
