This form should be completed in order to make payments using a method other than credit card (wire payment or check) or if you are paying for a group by credit card. This payment form is for non-credit card payments and group (more than 1 attendee) credit card payments only. If you are an individual paying by credit card, please return to the STEP main page and click on the course you wish to attend and click the BUY button. You will be able to directly pay for and enroll in the course without using this form.

Sumerra also has the ability to grant access to our LMS to allow for a Main User to enroll users in courses and pay for other attendees. If you are interested in this capability, please contact STEP@sumerra.com.
