Cascale - Recognized Assessment Nomination Form

Per the Cascale criteria for eligibility to be a Higg FEM Verifier, candidates must have field experience with conducting environmental sustainability assessments. In order to provide more transparency and consistency, Casclae via the Verification Program Manager, Sumerra, seeks to pre-qualify assessments for the purpose of this evaluation.

The purpose of this form is to nominate an assessment type for evaluation by the VPM and Cascale. After evaluation and if the audit/assessment scheme is accepted, an equivalency will be calculated and available on a form (and public forum) that will be made available to all Verifier Bodies and Verifier candidates here: Recognized Assessment List

Please note that Cascale/VPM reviews nominated assessments on a biannual basis.
