The Student Grant Final Survey asks about aspects of your UROP experience, includes a learning assessment, and allows the option to submit a report, presentation or reflective narrative.  

When you submit the Final Survey, your mentor will receive an email with instructions and link to submit the "Mentor's Final Survey." We encourage you to confirm that your mentor received the email and contact us if you encounter any difficulties.
