Most transportation is provided by the East Providence School Department. All children, except those attending After School only at Hennessey Elementary School or Martin Middle School must fill out a transportation appeal form and bring it to the East Providence School Department for approval in order to attend the Childcare program. CHildren Attending the Before School program for Hennessey and Martin Middle School must fill out the appeal form. The East Providence School Department is located at City Hall, 145 Taunton Ave 3rd Floor. Please note that transportation appeal forms must be submitted to the School Department by Friday, August 16th to guarantee transportation for the first day of school
