3.Print 2 different emails.
4.Send it in!!
 
First step will be to complete this form. After you complete and SUBMIT this form, you will get a Reference # and a copy of this form sent to your EMAIL automatically. (PRINT THAT EMAIL AND SAVE IT). Check your spam folder if you didnt get it. If you did not get a copy of this form you will need to submit ANOTHER request form with the CORRECT email or a different email because we did not get your request form either.
 
Second step will be to wait for an Pre-Approval or a Denial Email with instructions on how to proceed. (PRINT THAT EMAIL AS WELL).
 
If you dont get an approval or denial email response within 48-72 business hours please submit another form.
 
 
IF YOU SEND YOUR ITEMS IN WITHOUT THE 2 REQUIRED FORMS YOU WILL BE CHARGED $25 FEE OR YOUR ITEMS WILL BE DISCARDED OR THROWN AWAY!!!

Original sales receipt must accompany returns. We accept returns for exchange or refund 30 calendar days. Financed orders are eligible for return 7 days from the day the contract was signed. Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition".
