CapaCiTi Programmes Application Form

The below application form should take 5-10 minutes to complete.

Once you have successfully submitted your application, your application is either successful or unsuccessful. The one reason your application could be unsuccessful, is because you did not meet the minimum requirements for this programme.
Minimum requirements are:
- South African Citizen
- Between the ages of 18 - 35
- Matric
- Based in the Western Cape or Gauteng. Should you however be guaranteed accommodation in either of these provinces, please provide it in the form below.

Please note, it is your responsibility to ensure that the information you provide to us is correct, and the information on your ID and Matric Certificate match your supporting documents, which you will be contacted by a CapaCiTi team member to supply at a later stage.

The second part of the application process involves completing an assessment which will be emailed to you - please keep a look out for the link as you have 3 days to complete this assessment.
Please make sure you have set aside 40 min to 1 hour to complete the assessment. If successful, you will then be prompted to upload supporting document such as:
- Certified copy of your ID
- Certified copy of your Matric Certificate
- Certified copy of your proof of address
- Certified copy of your highest qualification
