Thank you for referring your client to SBS!
Within five (5) business days of receiving the referral, Step by Step will contact the referred client to set up an initial assessment.
After the initial assessment, the referred client will be encouraged to participate in our Revive nights, as well as receive case management from our program team. The referred client will be invited to participate in further steps (Dare to Dream and Refine Mentoring) after spending a year participating in Revive.
Step 1: Revive
Program for all SBS moms held every Thursday night (Sept-April) at Immanuel Baptist Church Tates Creek. Transportation, childcare, and dinner are provided.
Step 2: Dare to Dream
After participating in Revive nights for a year, meet regularly with staff to complete goal setting including steps to reach goals and resource referrals to assist in overcoming barriers.
Step 3: Refine Mentoring
After participating in the Dare to Dream program for a year working towards a goal and continuing to participate in Revive nights, be paired with a mentor who meets with them once a week for a year.
