The Rio Grande Valley PA Society is seeking presentation proposals for our 2025 Annual CME Conference, scheduled for March 27-29, 2025, as an in-person event at the Courtyard by Marriott South Padre Island in South Padre Island, TX.
To ensure a smooth accreditation process, please complete the speaker application by November 1, 2024.
Conference Details:
- Format: PowerPoint Lecture
- Proposal Requirements: Format for a one-hour session (45-minute presentation with 10 minutes for questions)
- Honorarium: $100 per lecture
- Hotel Stay: One-night stay at the conference hotel, valued at $170, included in the honorarium
- Travel Reimbursement: Not provided
Review Process:
- All submissions are reviewed and evaluated by a committee of your peers to ensure a balanced CME program.
- The evaluation process is competitive, and selected speakers will be notified by email or phone.
