LAPA is seeking presentation proposals for our 2024 Annual CME Conference, currently scheduled for October 22-24 as an IN-PERSON event in Shreveport, LA at the Horseshoe Bossier City. The conference format includes hourly lectures. Your proposal should be formatted for a one (1) hour session (a 50-minute presentation with 10 minutes for questions at the end). The conference will be in person.
All speakers will receive complimentary registration for the 2024 LAPA Annual CME Conference. In addition to this benefit, speakers may request up to a max of $500 in travel expenses plus a complimentary night in the host hotel. An honorarium for live lectures is paid at $250 per lecture. Pre-recorded lectures will be paid $150.
To ensure a balanced conference CME program is offered, all submissions are reviewed and evaluated by a committee of your peers. The evaluation process is competitive, and if selected, you will be notified by email or phone.
