The Rio Grande Valley PA Society is seeking presentation proposals for our 2024 Annual CME Conference, currently scheduled for April 11-13, 2024, as an IN-PERSON event at the Courtyard by Marriott South Padre Island in South Padre Island, TX.
The conference format includes hourly lectures, and your proposal should be formatted for a one (1) hour session (45-minute presentation with 10 minutes for questions at the end).
There is a speaker honorarium of $100 per lecture. A ONE-night stay at the conference hotel will also be provided as a part of the honorarium, valued at $170.
Please note: there is no speaker travel reimbursement.
To ensure a balanced conference CME program is offered, all submissions are reviewed and evaluated by a committee of your peers. The evaluation process is competitive, and if selected, you will be notified by email or phone.
