SPAP invites presentation proposals for our 2025 Annual CME Conference, scheduled for September 11-13 as an in-person event in Orlando, Florida, at the Drury Plaza Hotel Orlando - Disney Springs® Area. Selected sessions may also be offered in a pre-recorded format, with limited slots available at the CME committee’s discretion.
The conference will feature a format of hourly lectures, and proposals should be designed for a one-hour session, allowing 50 minutes for the presentation and 10 minutes for audience Q&A. While there are options for pre-recorded lectures, in-person presentations will be prioritized.
Speaker Benefits: All speakers receive complimentary registration to the 2025 SPAP Annual CME Conference (a $430 value) and a $300 honorarium for each live lecture presented. Additionally, speakers will receive a one-night stay at the conference hotel, valued at $210.
Each proposal will undergo a peer-reviewed evaluation process to ensure a balanced and high-quality CME program. This process is competitive, and notifications will be sent to selected speakers via email or phone.
