Official Application Processing Time To Interview Stage: 12 to 20 Weeks - this is variable depending upon backlogs/ extended wait times due to recent lockdown restrictions

I understand that by using EBC Technical Services the total cost for my Global Entry application will be $249.99 *

I understand that once my application has been checked and submitted,EBC Technical Services have completed their service and that I am no longer entitled to a refund. *

I ACCEPT THAT EBC TECHNICAL SERVICES HAVE COMPLETED THEIR CONTRACTED WORK ONCE MY APPLICATION IS SUBMITTED TO THE GOVERNMENT AND THAT AT THIS POINT I AM NO LONGER ENTITLED TO A REFUND.

I understand that the government waiting time for my Global Entry membership interview can be 3 to 5 months and that EBC Technical Services have no influence over the official Global Entry Agency timings.
