ArtsFest Hudson and Run for the Arts Volunteer Registration

Thank you for your interest in volunteering! We have many volunteer opportunities throughout the day for either ArtsFest or the Run for the Arts 5K! We will try our best to accommodate your preferred job/area, but may have to assign volunteers where our needs are. As the run and festival are outdoors, please wear warm layers and be prepared to stand for your shift. In the event of inclement weather, ArtsFest (only) will be moved indoors to the Boys and Girls Club and the UU Church. We will notify you of your assignment by April 24th. Volunteer Terms and Consent: Volunteers will receive assignment, responsibilities, and event details at least one week prior to the event. Volunteer assignments will be outdoors (unless inclement weather necessitates a move indoors to Boys and Girls Club or UU Church). Please wear comfortable shoes and layered clothing to accommodate weather fluctuations, and be prepared to stand for your shift duration. Sponsor reserves the right to photograph for publicity. ArtsFest Hudson and the Hudson Downtown Business Improvement District are not responsible for injury incurred during volunteer shift on festival site or running routes, nor responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged equipment.
