**APPLICATIONS SUBMITTED WITHOUT REGISTRATION FEE CANNOT BE SAVED. *This form is for Model Registration and access to AUDITION for Deck The Runway 2018 Fashion show. There is a Nonrefundable Administration fee for ALL models. The fee is $20 per adult model and $10 per child model to audition. Model registration does not guarentee selection. All models must audition. Auditions will be held On Saturday September 1st from 1030am -2pm. Models that arrive after 2pm will not be allowed to audition. All adult female models should arrive wearing a black or white Tank and fitted bottoms. All adult female models must audition in heels or will not be considered. Casting is for ages 5-45. Child models MUST be able to walk on their own down the runway without any parental assistance. (Such as holding their hand down the runway for them to walk) Casting is for both Male and female.
