COVID-19 Economic Hardship
 
In an effort to support our members as COVID-19 continues to impose financial challenges on our community, Arizona Central Credit Union has taken steps to accommodate affected members through member relief programs, including small business support, and other measures to address individual member circumstances. We encourage any member who has been impacted and is experiencing a hardship to contact Arizona Central as soon as you can to specifically address your individual financial situation and understand what assistance may be available to you. In order to better prepare an associate to assist you, please complete the following Economic Hardship Declaration.
 
Please describe in detail how you and/or your family has been affected by the COVID-19 outbreak (e.g., work furlough, layoff, and school closing, small business impact). For the SBA Paycheck Protection Program please complete the SBA application

If requested, all loan modifications are subject to member eligibility, credit union approval, completion of applicable loan documentation, and production of supporting information. Interest continues to accrue during any accommodation. Members are responsible for separately cancelling and/or modifying all automatic transfers and payments. Arizona Central Credit Union reserves all rights and remedies.
