Cost = $425/camp

Saturday rehearsal and performance is mandatory for the participation in the camp.

Camps are age specific, but flexible. Reach out to education@modemusicandperformingarts.org with any questions about registration. Offerings on the website are listed below for your reference:

PAYMENT AGREEMENT

I agree that I am responsible for paying the full amount of the camp tuition at least 60 days before the first day of camp. If the tuition is not paid in full, I understand my spot will be freed up for another camper. Refunds for camps will be given in full, sans discount and processing fee, up until 45 days before the camp start date. 50% refunds will be given up until 30 days before the camp start date. *

HEALTH AND SAFETY PROTOCOL

I, the undersigned, agree to help protect the health and safety of all MMPA students and staff by adhering to the following protocol:

- Please stay at home if you have a fever or other cold symptoms.

OR

- Please test negative for COVID and be 24 hours free of fever upon returning to camp. *

PHOTO & VIDEO RELEASE

Mode Music Studios is requesting permission to use images and videos from our programming for the purpose of advertising and for the promotion of our non-profit to charitable foundations so we can continue to provide art classes and music lessons to all children, regardless of income. I hereby allow MMPA to use images of my child in these applications and requests. MMPA will notify me of classes that will be recorded or have screen images captured prior to the class. * *

CANCELLATION POLICY

- If a camp is canceled by MMS: Full refund

- Withdrawals more than 4 weeks before the start of the camp: Full refund for each student registration, less $50 and registration fee.

- Withdrawals 4 weeks to 2 weeks before the start of the program: 50% refund, less registration fee.

- Withdrawals 2 weeks to 1 week before the start of the program: 25% refund, less registration fee.

- Withdrawals 1 week or less before the start of the program: no refund.

- Switching between programs is allowed, based on availability. There is a switching fee of $35 per camp switch that will need to be paid in full before attending.
