Booth space is 12 X 12 unless other arrangements have been made. All vendors must provide their own signage, weighted canopies, chairs, tables, extension cords, etc.

The applicant for Valley Days shall indemnify and hold the City of Valley harmless from and against any and all claims for personal injury, death, damages, costs, and/or any part thereof by the applicants, or his employees, volunteers, partners or associates.
