LOCKN' SHOPN' VENDOR APPLICATION

The Seventh-Annual LOCKN' Music Festival takes place on August 22-25 at Arrington, Virginia's Infinity Downs Farm and Oak Ridge Farm. Nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains, LOCKN' offers an unparalleled festival experience with four days of music, community, and adventure. LOCKN' includes commerce areas in the music venue and campgrounds. Booth details, hours, and amenities are included below.

VENDING OPTIONS

Show Field Vending: $2,750 flat fee (paid in advance)

Booth includes shared 20 AMP circuits, 10' x 10' space under shared tent, up to 4 wristbands, and up to 2 parking passes.

Show Field Hours*:

- Thursday, August 22: 3 pm - 1 am

- Friday, August 23: 11:30 am - 1 am

- Saturday, August 24: 11:30 am - 1 am

- Sunday, August 25: 11:30 am - 1 am

The Love Triangle/ Campground Vending: $1,750 flat fee (paid in advance)

Fee includes basic power, 10' x 10' tent, up to 3 wristbands and 1 parking pass.

Campground vending hours*: 10 am on Thursday, August 22 until 2 am on Monday, August 26. Load out will begin at 8 am on Monday, August 26.

VENDING GUIDELINES

- Vendor is responsible for all applicable county, state and federal taxes. Any vendors with outstanding tax debts in the state of Virginia will not be selected to vend at LOCKN' Festival.

- Load-in will be scheduled for August 20 and August 21. Load-out must take place by end of day on August 26. Exact times and instructions will be shared with accepted vendors.

LOCKN' MARKET VENDING TIMELINE

May 29: Vendor notifications

June 21: Full payment, contract and all paperwork due from accepted vendors

August 20-21: Load-in (exact times will be assigned closer to the show)

August 22-25: SHOWTIME!

August 26: Load-out complete by 5 pm

- Unlicensed Grateful Dead branding and images are not permitted to be sold at LOCKN'.

- Items with Lockn’ branding unless given written approval by producers

- Any items included in the Festival's prohibited items list
