All positions and shifts are hourly based (starting at $18) and will be held at a Vaccination Site in the Austin-Area (specific location may vary). Staff may be cut early based on client/work volume and/or at the shift Supervisor’s discretion. *Note some positions are outdoors and all will require standing and lifting boxes up to 20 lbs. Parking will be available. Priority will be given to those with full availability and language skills. Positions begin in February and run indefinitely. More details to come.

QUALIFICATIONS:
> Basic computer proficiency
> Provide a great first impression to guests by being enthusiastic and helpful!
> Dress for the weather! Vaccines are rain or shine at most locations barring extreme weather.
> Dress code requires closed toed shoes and pants. You will be provided with a hi-vis vest. No offensive, controversial, or vulgar messages displayed on clothing or body, etc.
> Practice discretion and compassion
> Uphold a friendly and professional attitude
> Maintain a clean and safe environment for fellow staff and patients alike
> Highly adaptable to various situations
> Ability to problem solve quickly and find effective solutions to issues that arise
> Must be 18 years of age, reliable, and able to lift up to 20 lbs
> Ability to stand for the entire shift and work outdoors
> Willingness to undergo (and pass) a health & safety screening prior to each shift
> Must follow COVID-19 safety protocols at all times, including wearing a mask.
> Additional language fluency is a plus
HEALTH & SAFETY:
Please be advised these positions will have some interaction with clients, but it's contactless. All clients must wear face masks upon arrival and when interacting with staff. Additionally, all staff will be required to wear face masks and high-visibility vests for additional protection if desired. All staff will undergo a health screening and temperature check prior to working each shift. Staff will also be directed to routinely wash their hands with soap and water as the preferred hygiene method, but when unavailable should use hand sanitizer often. Staff work stations will be positioned socially distant when it is practical in connection with the conduct of your duties.
