Friday Fun Nights - Vendor Application
Vendor Conditions
Submission of this application does not guarantee booth space at Friday Fun Nights.
Riverton City reserves the right to determine both event vendors and booth locations.
Riverton City reserves the right to limit the number of similar or identical vendors.
Standard booth space is 10ft x 10ft. An additional fee will be applied if more space is needed. No shades, chairs, or tables will be provided. You may bring your own if you wish.
Incomplete applications will not be considered.
Vendors must have insurance. Vendors will be required to provide Riverton City with a liability insurance certificate, including naming Riverton City as an “additional insured” in the amount of $1 million per occurrence and $2 million aggregate.
Booth fees must be paid in full to secure a space.
Approved vendors will need to sign and submit a participation agreement prior to the event.
No buskers or hawkers without written prior approval.
Riverton City reserves the right to communicate with applicants by email, mail, phone and text.
Power will need to be supplied by the vendor at Friday Fun Nights. No power will be available at the park.
Booth Fees:
Vendors: One $50 fee that covers all four Friday Fun Nights. We do not prorate.
Non-Profit Organizations: One $25 (informational booth only) fee that covers all four Friday Fun Nights. We do not prorate.

Farmers: A vendor that sells fresh produce from his/her farm or garden or a vendor that sells food products made of produce from his/her farm or garden.
Packaged Food/Snacks: A vendor that sells packaged foods, gourmet foods, or baked goods such as breads, pies, cakes, cookies and pastries which are made and packaged off sight.
Artisan/Handmade Crafts: A vendor that sells unique art and handmade items.
Importer/Distributor/Retail: A vendor that purchases items manufactured and/or procured by another business.
Commercial/Informational/Campaign: A vendor advertising product, self, or business. I.e.: Insurance, window siding sales, multi-level marking sales.
Community & Non-Profit Organization: Must show Non-Profit 501-(C) 3 or tax exempt number prior to approval.
Youth Vendor: A vendor 17 years or younger that produces their own unique hand made goods (no food).
Please select the number of 10 x 10 feet booth spaces desired. An additional fee will be applied for each space.
