Once you are registered, you will receive a link via your email provided to make your reservation.

Your reservation Deposit will be $145.00 plus 13.38% tax. The link will be available through April 7, 2017.

If you choose the option to be paired you will receive an email with information to make joint reservations.

 

The rates quoted on this registration form include the room fee total for 3 nights, the daily $35.00 resort fee (includes: In-room Internet, Campus-wide wireless Internet, In-room local & toll-free calls, Fitness Center access, daily newspaper and airline boarding pass printing), and 13.38 % tax fees.

Deluxe Room King Bed: available upon request

Rates are based on single and double occupancy. There is an additional charge of $50.00 per person per night for the 3rd and 4th person in a room (max. 4 people per room). Rates are based on availability of the date of arrival and are subject to change daily.  

 

Policies & Procedures:

· Check-In is at 3:00 PM and Check-Out is at 11:00 AM.

· All reservations will be subject to a 72-hour cancellation policy for a full refund

· Guests must be at least 21 years of age to register at ARIA.

· Guest's room balance plus $150.00 per day authorization on a valid credit card is required to register, and to access incidental charging privileges.

· Guests using a debit card in lieu of a credit card acknowledge unused funds are released upon check-out yet may take 5-7 business days to become available through their financial institution.

· A fully-stocked refreshment center is provided in each guest room, not intended for storage of personal items.
