Collide Location:  Our home base is at St. Matthews UMC in Memphis, TN (1362 Prescott St. Memphis, TN 38111)
Pre-Immersion:  Required.  It's in Memphis at St. Matthews UMC, approximately 10:30 a.m. - 6 p.m. You only need to attend 1 date, and you can choose which date.  You must bring at least 1 adult and at least 1 youth per Ministry Team to Pre-Immersion (you can bring more). It does NOT cost extra.  If we have enough CYMT Texas area churches wanting to participate, we will work to plan a central Pre-Immersion experience in Texas to help prepare you for your summer Collide immersion in Memphis (contact Lindsay if you have questions!).
  1. Saturday, April 13 (ideally for Week 1 teams:  June 23-28)
  2. Saturday, May 4 (ideally for Week 2 teams:  July 21-26)
Collide dates:  Sunday arrival time is approximately 1 p.m.; Friday end time is approximately 12 p.m.
  1. Week 1:  Sunday, June 23 - Friday, June 28 (1 ministry team spot open)
  2. Week 2:  Sunday, July 21 - Friday, July 26 (FULL)
Cost is $299 per participant, paid in installments by the Youth Minister (as outlined below)  
Payments are non-refundable (unless you register and the week you request ends up being full, then your $200 payment will be refunded).  This cost covers all meals, lodging, and activities while on Collide.  This does not cover your travel meals or transportation expenses.  There are opportunities for getting ice cream or other treats some evenings of Collide.  If you have any questions as you budget for Collide, just contact Lindsay!
Collide Ministry Teams consist of exactly 2 adults, between 4 and 10 youth, and ONE vehicle. Churches may register for multiple Ministry Teams. Reserve a Ministry Team spot by January 15, 2019 for $200/team (First Payment).  Space is limited, and ministry team registrations will close when we reach 12 teams per week.  
You can pay online with credit card (via Pay Pal, even if you don't have a Pay Pal account) or via mailed check.  You can also bring additional adult(s) as Support Staff for FREE. This is a great opportunity for a college student or other adult in your congregation who wants to come serve behind the scenes and maybe can't afford the $299 cost. Additional payment dates & deadlines are as follows:
February 5, 2019: (Second Payment) $299 per ministry team due.  Second payment link no long available.
March 26, 2019: (Third Payment) $1,295 per ministry team due + Pre-Immersion registration (via an excel template) due via email to Lindsay.  Payment link.
May 14, 2019: Collide Church Registration (via an excel template with participant names, t-shirt size, allergy info, emergency contact, contact info, etc.), Collide Release Forms (scanned & emailed or copied & mailed), Collide Background Check confirmation form (for your adults), and any remaining balance due (Fourth Payment) are due (Forth payment = $299 x whatever number you are bringing over the minimum team size of 6 people; If you have a team size of 10, you will owe $299 x 4).  Final payment can be made online here.
