2025 INDIVIDUAL
AWARD OF EXCELLENCE

BOMA Toronto's Individual Award of Excellence recognizes individuals in the Commercial Real Estate Industry who have demonstrated exceptional leadership resulting in outstanding performance and achievement.
 
BOMA Toronto encourages industry professionals to nominate a colleague or a service provider in one of the following categories:
 
  
         PROPERTY MANAGEMENT*              EMERGING LEADER               SERVICE PROVIDER
 
*Any member of the property management team i.e. management, building operations, sustainability or
                   security & life safety.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

   ·     Judging of the entry will be based on the nomination submission and the evaluation of  the selection criteria listed below

   ·     Nominees must be a current active member of BOMA Toronto in good standing

   ·     Nominators do not have to be BOMA Toronto members

   ·     Self nominations are not acceptable

   ·     The eligibility period is from January 2024 to December 2024
 
 

IMPORTANT DATES

 

   ·       November 15, 2024     Award nomination forms are now available

   ·      March 07, 2025    All final submissions must be                                                                                                                                                                completed and sent by this date

   ·       May 29, 2025   Winners to be announced at the annual Celebration of                                                                                                       Excellence Gala

SELECTION CRITERIA

Award nominees will be evaluated based on professionalism, innovation, leadership, team building, industry training and support of BOMA Toronto.

We strongly encourage you to provide supporting documentation evidencing how selection criteria have been achieved.  (Note: Documentation must adhere to page limits mentioned in the Guidebook).
