Please allow at least 3 weeks for mailing. If you have not received your form by February 20, please let us know. If we have your email on file, you will also have the option to download your form from a secure online retrieval site. Please be aware that the email will include the name of the association issuing the 1099 in the signature but it will not make any reference to CAMS. Be sure to provide us with a valid email address so that you can receive these forms electronically in the future. Your patience is appreciated.
