REGISTRATION
A minimum deposit of $500.00 per camper is required at time of registration.
Remaining balance must be paid in full on or before March 1, 2018.
Any remaining balance will be automatically billed to the card on file on March 1, 2018.
If registering after March 1, 2018 camp fees must be paid in full.
Hot Ground Gym® reserves the right to cancel enrollment if all fees are not paid in full by March 1, 2018.
Hot Ground Gym® does not accept checks.
If paying with cash, deposit and any additional fees must be paid in full.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Deposits are refundable until March 1, 2018, minus a $200 non-refundable, non-transferable retainer fee. Deposits are not refundable after March 1, 2018.
50% of camp fees may be refunded until March 15, 2018 for any cancellations or revisions subject to Hot Ground Gym® staff review and discretion. No refunds will be issued for cancellations or revisions after March 15, 2018.
No refunds given for any reason after March 15, 2018. If any unforeseen issues arise that may hinder a child's participation in camp, they should be brought to staff attention immediately. Refunds in these instances will be reviewed and handled on a case by case basis.
Any missed attendance will not be refunded and is not redeemable for any other Hot Ground Gym® services.
Hot Ground Gym® reserves the right to terminate a camper from the summer camp program or any related activities without a refund for any violence, threat of violence, or any behavior that may cause harm to themselves, staff or other campers.
